Our program has as its purpose, search young people with potential for accelerated growthoffering a learning experience that is comprehensive (personal and professional) and calling the internal computers of work, committed to the values of Artecola, so that in the future they assume positions in the organization.
The program is based on the theory/practice learning concept, using guidance and evaluation as fundamental elements to ensure the trainee’s qualification throughout the program.
You should also consider that one of the bases for the growth of the company is the qualification and development of your team; therefore, the activities of education, training and practice must be part of the routine of the program participants.
