From his gaze: experiences that transform
“It was an enriching experience of culture, because the groups that were put together to do activities were composed of people from different countries where we had the opportunity to relate to. There is also evidence the knowledge in the different areas of financial, market, etc., that we bring to our work in the company. These matters were very precise and very well built for performance as a leader and as a business”

Supervisor Chains
Artecola Colombia
“It was a very beautiful and enriching experience. On the day my supervisor informed me of the invitation, I felt very honored and received many positive comments about this experience. One of them was from Vitor Reis, who told me it was an unforgettable experience for him and one of significant professional and personal growth, and it truly was. It was a wonderful experience, where I received a lot of practical work and personal development information—tools that have served me well to this day. I also met valuable people and developed a growth mindset; those months were unforgettable.”

“Being part of the 2021 Leaders Factory project was a privilege, as it was a transformative experience both professionally and personally. It was an opportunity to learn, improve, and grow professionally, as I awakened my leadership skills through techniques and strategies that allowed me to develop better management, problem-solving, and effective communication, in addition to gaining a broader perspective on collaborative work, understanding the importance of integrating different perspectives and approaches.
I learned to trust in my abilities and that success is not only measured by the results, if not by the positive impact we can have on others.”
